Mods aren't working

Ok, so I have minecraft Forge? I think that's what it's called. And the mod button shows up when I start up minecraft, but the ONLY mod that works is the Timber mod. Every other mod I try to put in doesn't show up in game. I follow the instructions but they just don't work. Why?

Sometimes mods are not compatible with each other. remember to delete META.inf and if they still is no progress then you're on your own. .

Forge has a modloader, modloadermp and audiomod files implemented already so the only problem you have is the meta-inf folder.

Forge usually compatible with Modloader,what minecraft version do you have?Forge did not update yet and did you delete meta-INF?

Forge has been updated to V4

currently minecraft forge is not compatabe with modloader... i keep getting black screens...
