My best mod:Mo'Creatures
I like it beacuse it adds so much new creatures,and makes the game more fun to play!
I also play with toomanyitems,and millenaire mod.Lately tried Rydanian's car mod,and RC mod.
What I'd like to discuss about mods?Well,I'm planning to start a new survival with many popular mods,like the ones I said above,plus many more...I'm also going to make my own mod next week,it's a suprise!But it's going to be small,cause it's going to be my #1 mod duh...

Then there wouldn't be loads of guys wearing full diamond on PvP servers, and fights could acctually be interesting. Especcially if there were new weapons!
Melee:
Spears, Battleaxes, Knives
Ranged:
New Bows, Spears, Knives, Guns
For the ranged you could have diffrent types of bows i.e a short bow could be a faster draw but less dammage and a war bow could be a longer draw but more damage. There could also be diffrent types of arrows i.e a bodkin which dose double damage and ignores half of armour's defence.
Melee:

More ores, some which are as good as iron for tools and armor, and some as good as diamond.
As good as iron:
Copper, Amber, Moonstone, Ameythst, Bloodstone, Peridot
As good as diamond:
Ruby, Sapphire, Corundum, Danburite, Spinel, Hematite, Topaz
^^^^^ All real gemstones ^^^^^

Because 1.3.1 was mainly an update for survival servers and singleplayer, and PvP servers need to become better, so I'd love if this came as a plugin aswell, but singleplayer-only would be ok. o.o

I really also like more mobs mod,and a giant creeper blow up the whole forest...

Mo' Jockeys
Desc.: Adds more jockeys.
Nether Jockey
Mount: Ghast
Rider: Zombiepigman
Ender Jockey
Mount: Enderdragon
Rider: Enderman
Oh, and of coarse a Zombie on a Sheep. Because why not?
