I think when it's over, but there may be a special part where notch is all dramatic and say... AND MINECRAFT'S RELEASED! And at that moment, my fellow crafters, we will mine away in our patiently waiting for release that is now released game. Or he could just release it before minecon starts XD.

Its probably going to be about 4-6 hours from now, its about 8am over there now and notch is releasing it during his keynote speech, which is between 12pm and 2pm

The good thing about the wait is that I was able to try some epic mods. Just I'm not gonna do that again for the final release.

Yeah, i mean with 1.6 they pushed it twice, 1.7 pushed it, 1.8 pushed it, they may break they're streak due to minecon, I didn't think of that being a factor

Yes but all of those waits were short and it wasn't as exciting. 1.8 now, was a horrible wait.

XD never do countdown threads like this because Notch & Crew tend to always push the date back for a week or two everytime, getting excited is a bad way to get let down, but hey the longer they take the better it is so do the (not cutty ) Emo way, and just stair and flip ur head with every word till it releases, even without the hair it's kinda fun, but some people think your a bit insane.

They can't with minecon tomorrow and all. The only thing they can do is release it on saturday, and thats only 1 more day off. But yeah I see what your saying.
