Hey guys i am thinking about building a pc, well my uncle will do the building xD. Well i do have a budget around $500. This computer will be mostly for minecraft but maybe some other games. I would like to get like to be able to record with fraps and not lag. This is why i am looking to make a pc. If youll would like to help me comment or add my skype.

I do have to ask, why are you using fraps? There are better ones out there. Also, have you heard of shadowplay? It's the best recorder out, period. If you would spend $530 (give or take 20 bucks for price drops/increases) then you could get a PC that will run minecraft at way over 150 fps, and record at over 100.

Now, you, and other people can add, take away, to fit your needs, but this is probably the best price/performance ratio you can get. (the 750's are the only desktop gpus on maxwell right now, and is the cheapest you can buy that has shadowplay.)

Alright thanks, ill look into it :p

Now how powerful would you want your BEAST TO BE!
For what you are doing I would say a duo core should suit you just fine.
So get a duo core motherboard
2 gb of ram
a 500 gb hardrive
at least a 550 watt power supply
A decent graphics card. I would say a nvidia 8800 should do ya
ohh and get a bad*** case, something with glowing lights and stuff.

Please, please, pleaseee tell me you're a troll.

Less of a troll, and more of a kinda...well a comedian, and also someone that doesn't know about computers past it turns on.

Oh okay, lul
