New Dungeon?

Hey, after the update I was mining in a new world when i noticed lava droplets coming from a stone brick ceiling. I thought it was a stronghold but it was a lave pit with a Blaze spawner (in the overworld :O) and a chest with an emerald! Has anyone else seen this yet? Could this mean more types of dungeons in Vanilla?

probably a glitch that makes part of the nether spawn.

maybe it generated a spawner from a nether fortress and there was a bug that made it spawn

Could be a glitch in the coding or maybe a cutoff stronghold with lava pit glitches Ito it.
don't know what it is but probably a cutoff of something or job is keeping secrets!
