Hi this is Cliff entertainment were making our first game title our game concept is when theirs a gas in the air that turns people and animals into mutants but your the only survivor where you have to find a shelter and tools and weapons and the mutant people are zombies giant frogs robot people that look ugly and more thats all the information i can tell you for now.
Edit: i we changed the name too CliffEntertainment but me and my sound developer and the modeler and the other coder and the other owner we worked it out and changed the name too Cliff Entertainment

Real copyright costs, so you should not have the copyright symbol. To get copyright you have to pay like 250$ i believe in the US, and it takes a few months.

You realise copyright is automatically applied to any intellectual work that is property of an individual (companies are different). Copyright isn't just free, it also is applied without having to go and sign up for it or whatever. Perhaps you were confused and thought about patents instead?

And you can't start going at him, because you probably don't have copyright on your materials, therefore you can't do anything about it. And causing internet fights is not the way to go.

In most countries copyright is enabled as soon as content is uploaded to the internet, but as far as I can see Jordan has no actual content apart from a yellow square with some black boxes and a concept story extremely similar to dayZ

I don't know what Starguy had before he edited it 3 times, but as far as I can see, having companies that both begin with F and end with entertainment isn't a crime. Plus, your game has zombies, Starguy's has giant mutant robot frog people. The "radiation last survivor in the world zombies" idea isn't something that can be copyrighted, it's been done hundreds of times before in games like Rust and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. "Proof of coding" means nothing, because I could code a game where you can jump from blocks to blocks, and Nintendo have no right to sue me over it
