Non Pay to win Perks for KitPvP?

Basically, I plan to open a KitPvP server, where everyone gets the same kit (To keep it fair to non donors). Right now, I need some perks worth paying for on a server like this.

I currently run a few other non pay to win servers, and it makes my network unique.
