I am level 2 and I know That People need to Fav, Diamond and Subscribe to you to level up I have to get 21? (or was it 12?)? and Thats How...[Closed]

You must post things on the website. Be sure they are made by YOU, you can not post things not made by you, such as modpacks.

He can make a mod pack if he wants.. He is allowed. He is just not allowed to say he made the mod pack launcher, unless he did.

That's incorrect. You cannot post mod packs in our submissions section (the section of the site where exp is earned) if they include mods that are not your own. You can only post mod packs if all the mods were coded/textured/modeled 100% by you and have not been posted as individual submissions.
