Well I have a idea,

I've always wanted to turn my realm into something cool. Soo I plan too. This is what it is: Taking my realm and making it a big survival/factions thing. Now I bet your thinking, "Isn't that just a server?" And yes it is. But because I'm lazy I'm not getting a server. Now I want to put this into action but my idea is so large and stuff I cant build it by myself. So I want help. Please help.
