Hi everyone. I have a pretty sweet build. My only problem is that it snows every time i try to work. Then, I have to toggle downfall then destroy all the snow on my build. So, is there any way around the snow?

Just disable weather, hopefully that'll fix it.

This really depends where you're doing the building. The easiest way to deal with this is to simply disable weather entirely. This can be done on a server or with SPC/SPWE I believe. I do most of my building on servers where there is never any weather (unless you turn it on) so..

Wouldn't a really simple solution be just to copy the build to someplace that doesn't snow?

You would have this:
1 2 1
1 3 1 1 4
1 = redstone
2 = redstone repeater facing left
3 = redstone repeater facing right
4 = command block with the input: weather clear
EDIT: And then quickly set it off bo placing a redstone torch down then instantly breaking it.

Command block loop setting weather to clear skies or put barrier blocks in the air

How do I do these?

Alternatively,
T R C R B
R R
T= redstone torch
R= redstone dust
C= comparator, facing right
B= Command block, input is "weather clear"
With barrier blocks in the air, there's a chance snow will spawn on top of them, which would look hideous, and may cause shading issues.

You can also set biomes with MCEdit. If it's snowing because of the height, though, I don't think there's any way to stop it.
EDIT: NVM, thenubslayer2000 has some other solutions below.

If it's on a server I think there's a //setbiome command in worldedit. I'm not sure if it would work but you could give it a try.
