I have a nice build that is a stadium, but it is meant for night. The night lights work great, and I do not want to keep switching to night all the time. Is there a way to do this?

All you need to do is "/time set 18000" and "/gamerule doDaylightCycle false".
This will keep the time at midnight for your stadium.

I believe there is a gamerule (doDaylightCylce) you can set to false so that time doesn't move. You can just set the time to night then set the gamerule so you won't have to worry about clocks.

It can probably be done with a command block.
Another thing that should work at least for servers is this command:
/gamerule doDaylightCycle false
be sure to type the command when it's night time!!
