So, recently (11:25 PM on August 6, 2019), on Twitter, Cojomax99 tweeted this:

Whenever Mojang adds a new mob from real life into Minecraft, they like to travel to its natural habitat and record audio from the real thing.
I don't recognize the area, however. My guess is that it could be somewhere in Italy Amsterdam, but I am probably wrong. I also think it may be a water mob considering both posts involve sponges with pants water.
Where do you think Cojomax99 is, and what mob do you think will be added?

I think it’s something in the water that’s either passive or small considering where it is. Possibly crabs? If this area is close to the ocean, which it might be since there’s a lot of boats, maybe seals? I’ve seen seals near these type of areas irl on England’s south coast.

Google has an Image search, and while all Google got out of it was "river", it also showed very similar images.
I found one of Dublin, Ireland and it looks like this:
