Hello PMC :)
Together with the GreenLeaf Community, we've decided to make a few 1-hour classes for builders of all levels. But before we can do those classes, we will need to have a few themes which we could teach. If you have a theme you would like to be taught in (And if the theme isn't in the poll) then please leave a comment below this with your desired theme.

A quick detail is this: We will reveal the results this weekend, and I'll answer a few FAQ's here:
When: We still need a theme, and depending on the winner, we'll find a builder that knows something about it and wants to teach in it. We do expect it to be ready between the 13-15th of September. So just about 1,5 weeks to the lesson.
Where: The lesson will take place on the GreenLeaf Creative server. Every participants will be added to plot where the teacher will explain and build in the middle.
How: The way the lesson functions is as follows: A theme is chosen by the community (You) and we will find a builder that can teach in that theme. A time is chosen where, hopefully, most of the participants are awake. On the day of the lesson, everyone will be asked to join a Discord call where only the teacher can speak, which means questions can be asked via the in-game chat. Lesson will be in English, and the teacher controls what happens from there.

I've been really wanting to learn how to do organics better, and I think this would be the perfect opportunity. :)

So, a builders guild with masters who can teach (that was the idea I had for phrozencookie, but think a creative server is better suited)

Well that's the basic idea of this :) To have me or some of our other amazing builders from the community do a 1-hour free class for everyone who wants to join in :D

If land-vehicles win, then we have a lot of amazing train-builders who also know quite a lot about re-creating cars, planes, and boats :D (even though boats, and planes aren't really land-vehicles)

We could've done it like that, but then it would all have to be rushed, so instead we decided that we'd rather have quality over quantity in this case :p

Celtic is older, and different... so think it would be a different category to teach as well

May I ask around what time these classes will be held?

As soon as we know the theme, then we can assign a builder and find a time and place where that builder has prepared a lesson. But! We will update this post with a link to the actual event-post once we've got everything we need. But I would estimate that the lesson would take place during a weekend in 1-2 weeks time :)
About the tree stuff. Terrain will most likely cover tree's as well, while organics would focus more on recreating characters, animals, and other creatures :)

Yes. The lesson will take place on GreenLeaf Creative, and we've already got a lot of amazing builders and players. Depending on the winning theme, we'll assign a builder who knows how to do that style to do the lesson :D
