What kinds of things to build are people looking for?

So, being a fairly new and novice minecraft builder, I want to know what people are building and what do they want or need others to build for them. I'm struggling myself with what to build on my own server being an owner of a 24/7 server. Guess i should have planned this out before jumping on a $6/month server for 40 ppl.. lol. Give me some suggestions on what I should build so i can hone my skills and be a good builder and of use to other people with servers

if you want to build stuff that servers can use, there are a bunch of things.
To start small, there are skywars maps and prison mines.
Then there are lobbies, faction shops/spawns, prison spawns, hubs, kitPvP maps, Warzones, SG maps, and a whole bunch of other things.
