Well...
1. Microsoft wouldn't buy a hugely popular video game just to ruin it this way.
2. Minecraft will never (legally) be a free-to-play game (apart from possible demos?)
3. There are already a lot of young kids in Minecraft, yet the game gladly doesn't have too much of a "kiddy" feel to it.

the servers would be overran by 7 year olds, dirt shacks would fill land destined for luxury houses, grammar and spelling as a whole would cease to exist. those who know how to build and spell will retreat to the nearest Vault-Tec bunker, and begin a life of luxury vault building and living. generation upon generation will live in those vaults, until 10pm hits, and the surface-rulers are forced to leave the server for bed. the vault livers will become scavengers, and with the help of the NCR, they will eventually defeat the surface dwellers and establish the return of fine builds to the surface, in a far away and desolate location, perhaps Jacobstown?
