What Plugins Should A Towny Server Have???

Hey, Im calling out all experienced owners/plugin managers that have worked with towny servers and asking what are the best plugins that go well with the type of server. Can be custom plugin ideas or actual plugins, I'm just looking for some help as I am currently in limbo deciding which plugins to use.

Be careful with an anticheat. They cater toward traditional survival, and if you have any other server mods you might get false positives.
Also, while a de-facto standard feature, crate plugins are overdone and might turn players away. Better to draft your gamemode out and then look for or design plugins that help you realize that draft.

get a plugin that alerts the player when their name is said, I wrote one myself if and could redistribute if you are on 1.11.2
