That's a tough one! The most impactful one for me was the caves. I hated mining, still kinda do, least favorite part. When it was just random holes in the ground it was so hard for me to get myself to do it. Now caves are a proper adventure. I still remember the moment I stumbled upon my first Deep Dark by accident, it really adds so much more intrigue to the game!
is it 1.18 or 1.17 (1.17 is caves and cliffs 1, 1.18 is caves and cliffs 2) and 1.19 is the warden update
1.17 with the lush biomes I think, the warden update was the cherry on top for me!

I just think legacy console edition is meant to be played with lower graphics.
The current best Java version is 1.18 since it has more mods and less lag
The current best bedrock version is 1.21.92 since it's the most recent and made Shaders Accessible to all

1.18 is the last good minecraft update, after that they decided to ruin the game by adding bushes dry grass and replacing all hopes of 1.22 with game drops which is a really dumb name in our perspective. xbox legacy edition just feels right no matter the resolution, like classic minecraft in 2014. And it was all ruined because they promised more than they could deliver for caves and cliffs
