What should I add/ change to my server idea?

Title says most of it. I am trying to make a unique game mode called "minos", and I need some of my fellow minecraftains want to change / add!

Below is a desc, of the idea.

A brief description I made earlier: "Upon stepping on the pad, you may select a kit of your choice. you will then be randomly teleported and spread across world (minos). There will be no econnomy so, that means all exchanging of goods must be done by trade. The will be party's and mcmmo, therefore tping will be blocked and you are only allowed to tp within your party. Also in your party you will have a private chat channel to discuss raids/ attacks. As a result the only way to meet up with people outside your party is to tell coordinates and you never know when it might be a trap. Also in addition, every 45 minutes a random chest will be spawned in (With coordinates in chat) you can decide to go for the chest and risk dieing or stay safe and sound at your base. PvP is disabled within your party to make sure there is no accidental attacking of your own team. Be sure to be careful who you add to your party because, you never know when they might turn on you!"

PS: If you want to be added to a list to receive a pm once we create the server just ask! (This is our current list)

Your idea is good, but Minecraft Multiplayer is now controlled by Minigames. The road to success is by a fully setup and enjoyable minigame. I'm saying this because i own a minecraft network myself.

The map would ideally have a world border of 7.5k or so to keep the hardcore and pvp fun, but if you have a better idea and a reason im all ears

Seems pretty cool, I'd definitely want to play this, I'd appreciate being added to the PM list.

I used to run a server, so if you need any help, just PM me. I don't want staff or anything(I'm not one of those annoying beggars, don't worry), I just thought I should put the offer out there.

My major change:

Upon stepping on the pad, you may select a kit of your choice (all one time) then will be teleported to coordinates at random with a 10% chance of landing on a chest.

The kit sounds like a good idea, but the landing on the chest would be hard to create.
