Not Making some sort of method to make it back to my base

I started on mobile when I was pretty young like 6 or so.
So cus I was young I did not know how to play the game, Therefore I never knew how to craft for a year.
Like I played it alot and I dug out a base with my hand out of stone and decorated it with logs.
My head nearly exploded when my older cousin made a wooden pickaxe on my world.

Cheating in a survival world, you pretty much just ruin all the fun.

Not figuring out how to open crafting table.

I ended up falling into a small little hole full of water (like two blocks deep) and i was trying to break the dirt to get out and I didn’t want to drown so I deleted the world
(it was my very first world and was really good too :( )

It was probably thinking mobs aren't evil

I think my first mistake was I had a desert flat world and went into a temple without knowing there was a tnt trap. Another stupid mistake I did like a year ago was that world I last played like a couple years earlier and Minecraft had updates so I joined without backing the world up, so the world was like completely ruined. RIP

forgot to hold shift when in a ravine! i walked straight into lava and lost all my stuff. Didn't know what a bed was back then either so I respawned far far away from my house ;-;

I thought vilagers were evil and went chasing them around there houses and then I also thought the ender dragon was a cute pet ~ woops

When my cousin told me to get some sticks to make a sword, I ran around a forest looking at the ground trying to find some.

I fell down a ravine, but survived thanks to the water! as i was saying "oh yeah!" to myself i didnt realize the water pushed me into a lava river...

I thought that hoes are just smaller pickaxes and I had spent a couple of minutes punching stone, not getting any drops

I was terrified of the blocky monsters so I only played on creative mode. I even remember being afraid to go on peaceful because I didn't know if the monsters spawned.

Other than that, I remember trying to spawn herobrine in around 1.2.(2-5) vanilla and quickly hiding into some castle I made on a superflat world.

Now I just can't stand those martian steves.

Wait... it was supposed to be about when loading up a world? Oop.

My first mistake was not realizing you could sprint. I got overwhelmed by zombies. ZOMBIES.

The first mistake I ever made in this game? Ohhh... I don't remember my first mistake. Maybe it was falling off of a high mountain or something, or maybe it was just simply jumping into a pool of lava. Good times.

Went to go and see what a creeper was because they looked cute. Oops...

I dug strait down. Lesson learned. Never dig straight down. Or up for the matter.

I rarely remember small stuff from more than a year ago, but somehow, I remember my very first day playing Minecraft circa 2012, and my very first world. However, before that first world, I think I made multiple because I couldn't figure out how to stop flying in creative mode. Oops.


Later on, I made multiple funny mistakes:

• I didn't know where to look for Minecraft skins or how to make one so i just took some Superman skin I found until I found a place to find skins.
• Flew so far away from my original skybase that I couldn't find it for like a year. Finally found it again, my laptop died the next day. F
• Flooded out one of my builds because I set it on fire out of human curiosity

Well I'm all big about PVP so I might as well share my biggest mistake in PVP because I don't remember anything before I played 1.7.10. I was an XBox player for a few versions before 1.7.10 [around 1.3.2 was the version I joined for XBox (the answer is heavily based on the month/year because I joined around mid August of 2012)] so I don't remember much.

The PVP mistakes I made were not knowing about critical hits from jumping. They can be so very useful when doing PVP. I also never thought about strafing along with that. I mean, those were pretty big mistakes that I made which I wish I knew because they would have been SOOO useful back then.

Then again, I actually do remember something from around 1.7.10-1.8 before my PVP addicted era. I'm pretty sure it was a few days after I finally got the Java Edition of Minecraft, so I was super hyped. I loaded up the game, played on some servers, etc. I was using multiple applications (Minecraft & Skype) so I could talk to my friends while playing Minecraft. In result, I could see the version I was using in the top let corner of Minecraft. I got super freaked out because it was 1.8 and not 1.7.10. I was pretty stupid tbh and didn't know it was an update.

I don't remember my first singleplayer mistake, but my first multiplayer mistake was on a creative server with plots and the house I built was the typical box with an enormous A frame roof. The thing still haunts me to this day and it was my first build. Not to mention how much time it took. It was also all oak. I don't consider myself a master builder or anything, but I can say I've done enough in builds, that I know what not to do anymore.
No hate to anyone who does build like that though, to each their own and you gotta start from somewhere.

So after accidentally burning a vein of diamonds above lava 3 times or so, I finally got a nether portal.
I went through it and saw a lot of mobs, so I thought it was night...

First time I ever played minecraft I started mining straight down and dropped into a mob spawner.

I was in creative, so I tried out flying. It was awesome. But then... How do I get down??? I literally had to find an amazingly high mountain to be able to build something lol!

Make a pool of lava inside my first house because I didn't know how to make a furnace, I was a big noob

Good question! The first Minecraft mistake I ever made was holding up a torch thinking it would light the way. I didn't know I had to place the torch down in order to illuminate the area.

Repeatedly punching a tree for a very, very embarrasing amount of time before learning that i had to hold the mouse button to get wood.

wanted to try and test my strength against every mob i encountered. did not end well when it came to a spider jockey and some endermen. i still do this but know that i know fully well how to play the game and stuff its *WAY* easier

My boyfriend-at-the-time told me that I should get the coal I ran into.
I was stubborn and said I wanted to explore instead.
Later I realized it would be night. 😅 Oop!

Going for a swim and not realising I was running out of air.

It was a creative world, the first one I deleted and the second one I somehow figured out how to turn on beta/alpha versions and it corrupted it

I dug myself into a big hole and I didn't know how to place blocks or how to fly so I was stuck lol

Got killed my first night not knowing what I was doing at all. I didn't know how to craft or anything lol.
