WHat is with the pending greenlight?

I have recently created a plugin and though it is not the greatest thing ever it works just fine, I do not know why the greenlight is still pending it has been at least four days now and PMC never used to be like this. I used to be able to just upload my creations! Please comment if you have run into a similar problem.

It's a new process that modifications (and texture packs, I think) have to go through to be submitted. Site mods also have to deal with this, as well as site reports, which explains why there's a little bit of a delay.

What she said. The reason its there is because we had a MASSIVE problem with viruses and now we do this to prevent that.
