When is 1.13 coming out on pc?

I am about to start a server with a new 1.13 world for fresh oceans and biomes and I was wondering when the update is coming out, I would like to have the server released in may but as of now I do not know the date the update is released I cant release the server.
I have also looked through out the internet and no one seems to have a logic awnser besides "Quarter 2"
All I'm Asking for is if anyone has a actual date estiamte the update will come out on pc??

They announced that Bedrock will be getting the update June 11th I'm pretty sure.. I hope PC version gets it sooner

It is already on consoles but not PC yet (I think) I'll ask

Like Cib said: Mojang doesn't have any exact dates where it's like "This update comes this day" that's also why they use the "Quarter 2" which means: Between April to June. So it might be coming today, tomorrow, in a week, 2 weeks. We can't know for sure.

it will come out when they are down adding new stuff, seems like they're taking the opportunity to add a bunch of random aquatic stuff
