1.12.2 textures for 1.14? That already exists. Mojang turned the old textures into a resourcepack. Everyone has it.

There is a texture pack for us people that love the classic looks of the game, you don't have to download anything.

the old textures are definitely way better than the new ones, but some of the new textures do look pretty good

I don't no some of the old textures look pretty bad. Take diorit for example it used to look like bird poop I mean it still does it just looks a bit better. And not to mention the new emerald block texture looks amazing. :)

why is there no YES option?

Sure Is A Yes Option

I respect every ones opinion but I don't understand how anyone could dislike a texture pack update as it brings with it more new blocks, content and if you don't like something it gives you more options and scope to alter what you want too. Mojang need to come get my Shoppers City pack and mine and legopitstops MoreFood Datapack, also my Gold Fruit Tree Datapack and stick it right into the next Minecraft update, now that would be sweet.

The 1.14 textures are incredible. Anyone who still uses pre-1.14 textures needs to calm down and move on.

Anyone who still uses pre-1.14 textures is calm; it's the ones who complain about the new textures but refuse to acknowledge Programmer Art's existence that need to calm down.

Oh God, who denies the existence of the original textures? Damn.

I personally love the new textures, in my opinion they bring so much to the game.
