It's the laws of aviation, BEES in minecraft, fly, but their wings are clearly not in proportion to their bodies so how do they do it? Simple! BEES ARE BLIMPS! and fish are therefore SUBMARINES! And what are Submarines in relation to Blimps? EXACTLY THEY'RE SMALLER BECAUSE THEY DON'T FLY!
Another thing that proves my point, when happens when a bee dies? It turns into smoke, meaning they combust, so therefore BEES ARE HYDROGEN BLIMPS. AND THAT IS ALSO WHY THEY DON'T SPAWN IN THE NETHER! But what does spawn in the nether that also flies? GHASTS! GHASTS ARE HELIUM BLIMPS! AND ARE THEREFORE EVEN BIGGER THAN BEES, because if a BEE were to spawn in the NETHER it would be at risk of BLOWING UP DUE TO HYDROGEN'S REACTIVITY!
And furthermore where do FISH not spawn? IN THE NETHER! WHY?? BECAUSE THERE ARE NO SUBMARINES IN LAND! MUCH LESS A MAGMA FILLED DRY CAVERN WITH NO LIQUID WATER IN SIGHT!
