Make free stuff and distribute it outside of the marketplace for people to put in the world folder like a real minecraft map. I'm sorry, but we just don't want to deal with microsoft's freemium garbage.
Really though, it isn't that hard to import a world to pocket edition (or a dedicated server) like you would for java. If something could be done to get around the marketplace and distribute maps elsewhere, it would help save the minecraft community.
