tahts y i always HIDE my base.... i dont care if its a "no grief" server. i dont really play those cuz i get banned if i do... griefing is fun, if u dont want to be griefed hide ur base

Well, that whole thing is so lame, especially if you're targeted in a Tekkit server, or building your epic kingdom. That so-called art is promoting "crab mentality" in-game, such that you are allegedly portraying your pathetic building skills, that you resort in destroying everyone else's hardest work.

As for you cpzombie: well, being butthurt over your destroyed masterpiece is highly-depressing because you spent days gathering your stuff, conceptualizing it offline, and only see wasted by low-lives (sounding) like you.

I was griefed yesterday... they left a creeper face in the front and left some clues lying around. I figured out who it was and then i did something i dont regret... i went onto my secondary account (i did because i would have been banned) used an auto op program... and blew it to PIECES!!! (i auto op-ed it because i needed to be able to claim their land)

My opinions:

Being a griefer: You fail.

Getting griefed: that sucks, and shouldn't happen.

Of course I don't grief when griefing is allowed, so I stay away from griefing servers.

I don't mind people doing a revenge greif, like say someone greifed/spammed/hacked/crashed their server so they're going to greif I find that fine, but when people do it for no reason it annoys me.

Griefers are a natural part of society they help make the community more innovative ays to stop griefers and ways to break through those defenses they are the terrorist of minecraft and i dont mind that.

Ya know, I hate griefers. You build something awesome. It takes days... Or weeks.. Or months... Or years.... But when YOU grief. You get that feeling. It is a pretty cool feeling. Since i am a nice person i don't grief. But when i destroy my things that i made and do not like. It gives me the feeling. So i swore that when i am in a griefing mood. I will only grief things that are stupid, Example:
Dirt house
Statue of a noob (Small statue)
A gold tower (1 block wide. 5 blocks tall)
*AGAIN, ONLY WHEN I AM IN A GRIEFING MOOD!*

Unless it's a moderator, admin, hacker, (people with advantages), it's your fault for not hiding your base well enough. Sucks being griefed by one of the above though.

I thought this post was 'Your Onions on Griefers' Anyway, some people say that griefing is an 'art' like trolling. But it's just sad, annoying, useless and stupid. I mean, if you grief you get banned so for the time you think it's 'fun' it's not worth it, because you get banned five minutes later. Therefore, griefing is a waste of time and should be abolished. Tee hee I sound like I'm making an exposition...
