Hello!

I am a private server owner currently planning on opening it to the public. I am looking for a plugin that protects land, but not from bedrock to build limit. I am trying to have it work for shops in a mall and in apartments in my skyscrapers. So this should be able to adjust height limits. I run on Bukkit 1:11. Anybody got any suggestions? Thanks!
