Bottom part of game cut off

As seen here, a bottom portion of my game is cut off by the window.
I've tried resizing the window, maximizing, and changing the launcher resolution. The only thing that fixes it is if I play in fullscreen mode, which I would rather not do. I've tried reinstalling. Anybody know how to fix?
My monitor is 1920x1080 if that helps with anything.

Just hover your mouse over the button of the window and if you see the mouse change shape then just pull down.
