Hello all, I have a custom launcher that downloads all the mods for my server, and verifies their integrity/configuration.

However after the release of 1.6.2 I decided to update (from 1.5.2) after the update, it appears that minecraft.jar i sno longer the primary file, it seems that every copy I download puts the new version inside a /versions folder, from which it launches them.

How do I launch the new 1.6.2 jar file? What parameters do I need to pass to it?
