If you have essentials and you are in a group where you are allowed to build but for some reason you can only delete... well I have the answer.

Make sure you are allowed to build in group manager then do back to your server root folder and look for "Ops". Edit it and put your name down then restart the server.

WOOOLLLA... you can build

Note: I did this because some people did not know how to fix it.
