[MULTIVERSE] Cant build in newly created worlds.

MULTIVERSE ISSUE:
Normal members cant build in the newly made worlds, and Im not sure what file and what exactly I need to edit and to what for them to be able to build, and Im unable to protect land in new worlds also
Can anyone who has used this before help? Thanks
