Cant login to server please help

My server loads until it say done or 2 arenas found... and then when I try joining, a bunch of words pop up on console and turns out rejecting me and saying "Internal server error".
It is really annoying because I have a lot of mini games on this server and help would be greatly appreciated.

First get rid of the following issues.
Update this.
Update from here http://ci.griefcraft.com/job/LWC/ as the page "update.griefcraft.com/lwc/branch/stable/LATEST" does not exist.
You use minecraft 1.8.7 so don't use outdated plugins.
LWC v4.4.0 is for 1.6.2 not 1.8.7
Are you sure your desktop is capable of running this? I recommend you get an actual server.

Well, I can tell you what the issue is, but i don't know the best way to fix it, yet. Your sever cant handle the packets that are coming in to it and just kicks you off the server, forcing the error message. Also update Multiverse-Core, if you can.
