hello i want to put a datapack in one of my worlds in my server. its minecraft 1.13.2 with spigot installed. and i run /datapack list available and nothing appears to be disponible. i tried using /reload and rebooting the server. and nothing works. And i am using multiverse, too. I think multiverse is influencing on this?

do this: /gamerule sendCommandFeedback true
this is probably on false, that's why. Also you have to put the datapacks in the world your config in the serverpropertise.yml is set it, by default that's "world" if you put it anywhere else it wont work.

A known issue, datapacks don't work on a per-world basis. Apply it to the world which you configured as your primary world (as listed in your server config), then it'll work.
