Command Blocks Help (Please Help)

Ok, hey guys!
First -
I am in need of help with Command Blocks...
I want to make something that whenever you kill a Player, you're awarded 100$
Cause I have a FactionsPVP server, and money is hard to get...
Is there a command?
If so, thanks!
Second -
Is it possible to give NEW players $100 automatically when they first join?
Alot of people ask to make a faction and it costs $100, but It's just annoying paying every single one of them...
So is there a way to do this also?

What ever economic plugin you are using should have a option in the configs to give new players money. if not, then you can always be crafty and make it were only new players spawn in a room and they hit a button that goes to 2 command blocks, 1 that gives them money, and the other gets them away from the button they they cant press it multiple times. now with killing players I'm not sure. you can try browsing plugins that have something that will help you. good luck!
