Can anyone please give me a good and quick tutorial on how to create custom npc's.
I have been looking for a few weeks now and i'm getting sick of finding nothing useful.
I really hope anyone knows how to do this.

There are loads of places out there that will help you to create cutom npcs.
Just google custom npc generator, learn from the syntax that you find. :)

Yea great thanks dude =D . You by any chance know how to create a redstone system on how to display a message something like "great thanks, here is your reward" and then recieve for example 4 gold ingots?

By NPC do you mean shops? Or a "dialogue character"? Or a "battle character"? I can help the first two easily no sweat, but the third one... well... I can't.
For custom shops, it's just about changing the name of Villagers and adding custom trades for them - the command is really complicated; you can use the websites "Minecraft Tools" or "Minecraft Command Science" though.
For dialogue NPC, assuming the effect you want to achieve is 'the NPC says something when the player gets close', you can just put tag to the Villager or any mob for that matter (e.g. {Tags:["NPC1"]} and hook it to execute command sounding something like: "execute @e[tag=NPC1] ~ ~ ~ testfor @p[r=<number here>]" and... just hook it to whatever circuit you want.
I can't help you about how to make a battle partner or something tho
