Dynmap Server Crash!

Recently, I have been messing around with the dynmap plugin, and getting it to work on a webserver. I was changing the directory of all the stuff, and I was quite proud of the work I did! The thing is, when I ran it, it crashed! I have no tabs in my work, so I dont know the reason! Here is crash report! hastebin.com/ohibifegah.sql

is the correct port opened? i believe by default its 8123

try with only a strait forge jar and if it still crashes then respond
