Essentials signs - Won't go blue - Help

Hi! When I place a sign it doesn't go blue!
Here is a list of my plugins! .
. Border guard
. Essentials
. Essentials - Group Manager
. Factions
. No Cheat Plus
. PTweaks
. ZavAutoMesseger
. Essentials - Spawn
. Essentials - Chat
. No Lag
. PvP Timer

If Anyone Knows How To Fix This Then I'd Be Grateful!

Have you activated the function in the Essentials config.yml under enabledSigns: ?

Place a sign and do
[subject]

So it would be
[warp]
spawn
Also enable the correct permissions for a specific group
