Full screen Issue...

Hey, when ever I try to go into full screen whether F11 or in the video options, it always Flicks White and black, until Im not in full screen. This all started when I got a new monitor and I can only record videos in full screen, which I can not due to this issue. does any one please know a way to fix this? thanks!

What version of Minecraft are you trying this on? What is your Operating System? What monitor did you buy? What type of connection are you using? (HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort, DVI)
