Game (Not Responding) On Mojang Loading Screen
Hi, so I have been playing Minecraft for around 6-7 years now and on my current laptop for about 3. During this time I have experienced this problem only one other time, which was sometime last year. Basically, once I launch the Minecraft Launcher the game switches to the Mojang loading screen then freezes. Last time I was able to get around this by downloading the original MC launcher (pre-Microsoft) but now I can't seem to find the download for that version.
When this happened last year I was running on 1.8 or 1.9.
I am running a Dell Inspiron laptop, so I am using windows.
I completely wiped all Minecraft files from the computer and re-downloaded everything from the minecraft.exe on the website, but that has had no effect.
I also can't seem to find any crash log within the .minecraft folder.
I am also not running any mods.
I am currently running the most recent version of MC

Did you get it to work?

How much ram do you have?
How many programs do you have running at the same time?
Do you have the latest version of Java installed?
Is your laptop a 64 bit or 32 bit?
Do you run Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1, or 10?
Oh and the logs are in C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\logs and are .log.gz files

Try restarting your computer, uninstalling reinstalling minecraft, and checking to see if the .minecraft folder is read only or not, (right click, click on properties, uncheck read only box)

I just tried this with no luck. :( Thanks for the suggestion though.
If it helps when the game crashes it says Binary SE not responding

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Java then, make sure you have the newest version and if you have a 64 bit computer get the 64 bit version.
edit:
if there is no crash log then it is most likely a problem with Java (Oops, didn't read that part in your original post)
