HALP Can't download my own skins

Hey there good ppl
I lost (a.k.a. accidentally deleted) my skins and I wanted to download them back from PMC, but it won't let me download them giving mesome kind of "coding" screen that says there's an error. I can download other ppl's skins, but not mine. If u know how to solve that please lemme know!
Also, a quick answer would be nice, but take yo time

I was unable to download Natasha Volkova, Tanya (Red Alert), and Pirate Captain Dxl.
Oh, those were EXACTLY the skins that I was missing xD
