Help! Iron Golems spawning outside of farm!

Hello! I have recently finished building an Iron Golem farm, which was completely malfunctioning, and I would get 6 iron from a 2 hr afk session. After I took Herb_s advise, (a few doors are not registered. Your 'houses' (ie door-and-block) are not all identical; some have blocks next to them which may cause the door to not be a valid house, Make the bottom platform 3 high, and the doors half-way within it,) I can AFK next to it for 1-2 hours and get 1 stack of iron, but there are still around 10 iron golems spawning outside of the farm every time I check on it. There are no doors in a 190 block radius around it, I have replaced the doors multiple times, it is in the spawn chunks, there are 16 villagers in each box, (64 villagers, 48 doors) the items are definitely not getting lost anywhere, and I afk right next to it, not far away. Any help is appreciated, and if you want me to provide any more images or specs, I would be glad to. Thanks!

The only thing I can think off the top of my head is how your spawners are placed and how big your farm is. Make sure it is a pretty big, even squared farm. The water looks fine from what I can see. I would place the spawners towards the middle or on large platforms that push them down into the next section of the building.
