Save the gif to your computer and use it that way.

You don't need the poll, uploading gifs is not THAT hard

First you find the gif you want to use.
Right click on the Gif file you want
Then click copy address
If the gif is stored on your hard drive, then upload on imgur and then right click on the image and copy address after uploaded on imgur
Then on planetminecraft click the insert/edit image button and paste the gif address there and click insert. You have a Gif uploaded on planetminecraft
