Help My Minecraft Won't Launch!

I recently got this new computer it is a Compac (windows vista) and I have just tried to launch Minecraft about 5 times now and it continues to crash during the launching process. I have got no idea of how to fix it so is there anyone that can help me PLEASE!
here is wat comes up in the crash report:

I have noticed this section in the crash report that may be causing it but I do not know how to fix it:

Yeah try installing JRE7 (Java runtime environment 7 in case you need to look it up) it should work. But may I ask why you chose Windows Vista, let alone a Compac?

Try to install Java 7. Older versions of Java can cause this error, as can using Java 8.

Download the Windows x86 version of 7u80 if your computer is running 32-bit Windows, or Windows x64 if your computer is running 64-bit Windows.

i do have a minecraft problem but this time launcher is not present at all like i wait it there is no loading screen that popped up at all can some one help us with both problems that would be great thank you.
