Take your world save, zip it, upload it to Mediafire, get the link, and post it to PMC.

how do I get it zipped?
1
Right click on it and say > Send To> Compressed (Zipped) Folder.
1
You have to go to \.minecraft\saves. Once you get there you have to find your save and compress the folder into a .zip file. Then upload the .zip to PMC.

MediaFire works well ....if you need further help let me know. And get winrar or 7zip to archive it.
