How to Disable minecraft Commands for a Group?

I have a minecraft server and i want to disable a command for a specific group e.g. /back /home etc..
Please be as clear as possible because i have searched on the internet and none have have worked.

You need to download a permission plugin like PermissionsEX or Groupmanager(I like Groupmanager the best.) Then, make the groups add people to them.
If you don't want people to do like /back or /home, don't add the permission to their group.
