How do i put my maps up for dowload?

I have a great parkour map that me and 4 friends have been making for 7 months. we did it for fun, but we decided to put it up for other people. what is the best way to do that?

and if you wanna post it on planet minecraft go to projects and then Type Name, type , Description , and then post some pictures at pictures i think and then from desktop put your minecraft map on the Choose file and just go then to www.mediafire.com when you downloaded it on meadia just click to download it and then just copy the url up where it says locked or secured. i hope that helped you :)

then upload your map no copy your map in winrar and upload it but first you need to register
