How do you make invisible armor stands in 1.13?

Since mojang changed the majority of commands, the command i used to use to make invisible armor stands doesn't work anymore. whats the new way to do it?

Armor stands in 1.13 (and waaay before that too) use the tag {Invisible:1b} to handle invisibility instead of a potion effect.

/summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Invisible:1}
