I Need Help When i right click my character looks down and spins

Whenever I go into the game and right click I look down and spin this happens with some other games on my computer but it used to never happen on mc when i play the 1.13 snapshots this happens i suspect my computer makes games look down and spin in certain situations something with the games newest version made it do the thing on mc I need help to fix this problem i would love if someone helped me

It might be your mouse if it is happening to other games. Try editing your mouse settings on your computer. (Possibly the sensitivity)

It also does the same thing when i middle click

If I change my right click button to something on the keyboard it doesn't do it yet when I right click even when its bound to another key it still spins I thought it had something to do with my mouse but the touchpad right click also does the same thing
