Java(tm) platform se binary is not responding windows 10

I downloaded minecraft on minecraft.net and it pops up with this message when I try and run the newest version and other versions. I installed some mods and made a new forge and everything but no luck. I updated my OS, my NVIDIA graphics card, reinstalled minecraft for windows 10, and yet nothing is working. Any ideas? Please help

Have you tried redownloading the Java SE software? I had to install it yesterday while setting up my server. Make sure you download the windows version, and you select the .exe not the other one so you can run it.

its not minecraft. its windows 10 as a whole. if you browse the form a bit you'll found windows 10 just sucks. thats all. sorry nothing i can do
