In need of a dev or someone with extensive plugin knowledge.

I am an admin for a new Prison / Faction server called PyanCraft we are currently hosted in NA.
I have been able to configure most plugins to a relatively good standard but it all can be better. The Faction side of the server is sorted and doesn't need any adjustments as of now but the prison side of the server is in trouble.
Im looking for someone with experience with prison plugins and all round server configuration knowledge.
