Looking for developers (Factions Server)

Hey people!
As the title says I'm looking for a developer for a minecraft factions server.
I'm planning on starting a (big)factions server this month but I dont have a lot of experience with coding/configuring plugins and I'm looking for someone who could do that for me.
Also I am willing to pay around 15 or 20 euros for it.
(payments will go trough paypal)

I am also willing to do it for co-owner/developer instead of $ and can contribute alot of my time and effort into the server. I've been looking for an offer exactly like this for quite sometime.
